I am able to offer both in-person and remote consultancy services to new IB World Schools in the following stages:

• consideration phase
• preparation phase
• candidacy phase
• authorization phase

For authorized schools in consolidation and continuous improvement phases, I assist with the following:

• preparation for the five-year self-study
• ongoing development of policy documents (e.g., admissions, language, academic honesty, SEN, etc.)
• curriculum review and goal setting
• evaluation against programme standards and practices
• marketing your school's Diploma Programme
• support in increasing student access to the Diploma Programme
• development of parent and student workshops to ease transition into the DP and support students throughout the two-year programme of studies
• reporting student progress to parents and students
• streamlining of Diploma Programme procedures through tech-based solutions
• development of surveys and data analysis to measure programme effectiveness
